Prismatic Mist does not block < LOS > or movement. When a wizard enters a square with Prismatic Mist, roll 1 die and apply the effect from the list below that matches the result of the roll.

2. He discard 2 random spell cards.
3. He loses 2 movement point this turn.
4. He draws 2 spell cards then discard down to the maximum hand size.
This spell is not an attack and cannot be evaded.
